Online orders are received through PayPal on a dedicated account.

Online orders are shipped as soon as practicable. Typically, this phase is completed within one business day from order receipt, with a confirmation message being sent as soon as each order is ready for shipping.

However, under some circumstances (e.g., long weekends, holidays, unusually busy periods), order processing could take longer. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to ship your online order.

Orders are sent by air mail, insured (whenever possible), and postal delivery can take up to 5 weeks, depending on destination country.
